DESKTOP SUPPORT SPECIALIST (Cleveland or Chicago)


We are looking to fill an opening for a Desktop Support Specialist with a candidate that has strong interpersonal and technical skills. This individual will be responsible for resolving and escalating incoming technical issues as well as participating in an on call rotation. Experience working for a law firm is a plus.

Minimum Technical Skills:

2-4+ years of experience with providing local/remote desktop support
2-4+ years of experience with Windows 10/11 Desktop Operating Systems
2-4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 2016+
2-4+ years of experience with basic administration of the following:
Active Directory
Windows Server 2012 R2/2016+
Microsoft Exchange Server 2013/2016+

Working knowledge of mobile devices, laptops and desktops
Working knowledge of common desktop applications includingMicrosoft Office
Working knowledge of client/server printing

Familiarity with the following is a plus:

Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops/DaaS
VMware vSphere 6.x/7.x
LAN/WAN concepts
Document Management Systems (Worldox/iManage)

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent oral and written communication

Self-motivated professional
Experience working in a team environment
Ability to work in a face paced environment
Can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Education:
Minimum of an Associate’s degree in a technology related field or equivalent combination of related education and experience

Physical Requirements:
Able to lift a minimum of forty pounds
