Adrianna works with a variety of our business and litigation teams. She has worked on defenses of privately-held corporations in shareholder oppression disputes and claims of breach of fiduciary duties. She has also assisted in administrative appeals, franchise disputes, probate, and estate administration, as well as various litigation matters involving cases arising under commercial contract disputes, franchise agreements, and sales representative disputes.
Prior to joining McDonald Hopkins, Adrianna served as a judicial intern for Judge Lita M. Popke at the Wayne County Circuit Court.
Adrianna received a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2015. She graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in 2012.
