Kenneth S. Rosenzweig
Kenny brings firsthand experience with startups and growing companies. An associate in the Business Counseling Department with a focus in the Startup and Venture Capital Practice Group, Kenny also brings firsthand experience to his clients as a co-founder and CEO of a successful business (Rowgatta).
Prior to joining McDonald Hopkins, Kenny was a corporate associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, one of the largest law firms in New York City, where he advised financial sponsors, portfolio companies, corporations and senior executives on a variety of legal matters. He developed a broad-based corporate practice encompassing all aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions.
