Experience

Morgan is an associate in the firm's Business Department. Her practice focuses on healthcare and transactional matters, in which she assists clients with their contractual, regulatory, licensure, and corporate needs. Additionally, she assists entities to ensure they are complying with federal and state rules and regulations, including fraud and abuse laws. Morgan has represented a variety of clients in numerous transactions including mergers, acquisitions, search funds, and joint ventures.

Prior to joining McDonald Hopkins, she served as a judicial extern for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois for The Honorable Samuel Der-Yeghiayan and for The Honorable Charles P. Kocoras. Before law school, Morgan was a corps member of Teach for America.

Morgan received a J.D., magna cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School, where she served as a staff editor on the John Marshall Law Review, and a B.A., magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University.
