Experience
Morgan is an associate in the firm's Business Department. Her practice focuses on healthcare and she has assisted clients with regulatory, licensure, compliance, contractual and corporate matters. She has also provided support to entities on HIPAA rules and regulations, fraud and abuse rules and state telehealth laws. She has assisted a variety of clients in numerous transactions including mergers, acquisitions, search funds and joint ventures.

Prior to joining McDonald Hopkins, she served as a judicial extern for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois for The Honorable Samuel Der-Yeghiayan and The Honorable Charles P. Kocoras. Before law school, Morgan was a corps member of Teach for America.

Morgan received a J.D., magna cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School, where she served as a Staff Editor on the John Marshall Law Review, and a B.A., magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University.
