Morgan is an associate in the firm's Business Department. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, healthcare, commercial finance, federal contracting, and general business counseling. Morgan has assisted a variety of clients in numerous transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, search funds, and joint ventures. She has also assisted healthcare clients with regulatory, licensure, and compliance matters.

Prior to joining McDonald Hopkins, she served as a judicial extern for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois for The Honorable Samuel Der-Yeghiayan and The Honorable Charles P. Kocoras. Before law school, Morgan was a corps member of Teach for America.

Morgan received a J.D., magna cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School, where she served as a Staff Editor on the John Marshall Law Review, and a B.A., magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University.
