Will is an associate in the firm’s Energy Practice Group. He focuses on the complex area of mineral title law. He has experience rendering original and supplemental drilling title opinions in Ohio and West Virginia.
Will is a former assistant prosecuting attorney for the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. His experience includes serving as a staff attorney and managing attorney for the Ohio Twelfth District Court of Appeals, and as a title attorney for a law firm specializing in energy law. Prior to joining the Court of Appeals, Will worked at an international law firm where he provided litigation support in many aspects of the discovery process.
Will earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law in 2010, where he served as a senior staff member on the Duquesne Law Review. He received a B.S. in Management with a minor in Logistics from the Smeal College of Business at the Pennsylvania State University in 2004.
