Julianne Castro is a senior paralegal in the Tax and Benefits Department and part of the Estate Planning and Probate practice group. Julianne has decades of experience working with the department attorneys to create Estate Plans for the firm’s clients. These documents include Wills, Marital Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Family Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Health Care Powers of Attorney and Authorizations for Release of Protected Health Care Information forms.  She is responsible for creating new forms and for maintaining the current original drafting program.
