APTAC Spring 2016 Training Event
Michelle Kantor will be the featured speaker at the Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers' Spring 2016 training event. The theme for the group's first of two major, national events is “The Only Constant in Government Contracting is Change.” Michelle's featured presentation will be on “Preventing Waste, Fraud & Abuse: Recent Department of Justice Prosecutions, Proposed Suspensions, etc." She will also speak on April 5 on "Recent Bid, Size, & NAICS Protests – Game Changing Decisions Issued by the GAO, COFC & SBA."
