Michelle Kantor leads the Federal Government Contracting practice group for the national firm of McDonald Hopkins LLC. She has more than 30 years of experience practicing in federal and local government contracting, procurement law and litigation. Michelle represents government in matters including, Federal regulatory compliance, SBA small business programs, Bid Protests, Size Protests and NAICS code Protests, Contract Claims and Disputes, regulatory violations, response to government investigations and other related disputes. Michelle assists clients in Teaming and Joint Venture agreements, SBA 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB & EDWOSB, WBE/MBE/DBE certifications and appeals; and Mentor-Protégé agreements and is a frequent speaker at federal conferences nationwide.
