Her practice is focused on representing physician practice groups, medical laboratories, behavioral health facilities, and both strategic buyers and sellers in various types of transactions, including complex mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, distressed acquisitions and dispositions, financings, and investments.
