Nicholas is a member of the McDonald Hopkins IP Department and Data Privacy and Cybersecurity group and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). His litigation practices focuses on resolving intellectual property and complex commercial disputes in venues throughout the country. 

Mark is a member and licensed patent attorney with a diverse practice that focuses on developing and executing strategic IP solutions for innovative companies and individuals, and identifying practical legal strategies to resolve IP related disputes in a cost-effective manner.
