Join us in Cleveland or via live webcast for the 5th in our Leaders in Education Lunch Series with special guest Margaret Mitchell, President and CEO of the YWCA of Greater Cleveland. Under her leadership YWCA Greater Cleveland transformed its traditional preschool into an unduplicated trauma-informed therapeutic model serving homeless families with children ages 3 to 5.

McDonald Hopkins' Todd Baumgartner will be presenting as part of a panel on "Ideas for Succession Planning" at this in person conference presented by MAGNET.

On January 1, 2024, the process of forming a business entity in the U.S. will substantially change when the Corporate Transparency Act goes into effect. The CTA is a U.S. law that requires reporting companies to disclose company information and certain beneficial ownership information to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
