This course, led by a pragmatic healthcare attorney with multi-specialty hands-on experience, will educate participants about EHR documentation, medical necessity, Trump-era healthcare reform, HIPAA, state law, retention and Joint Commission requirements, fraud and abuse liability and medical malpractice liability.
