Florida Law Con: A Bench & Bar Conference Reimagined

McDonald Hopkins' Peter Bernhardt will be presenting as part of a panel during this virtual session on "Family Business Litigation" at the Florida Law Con. 

This presentation will highlight some of the challenges faced by family businesses both prior to and following the death of the founder. For those of you who have watched the show “Succession,” and even for those who have not, this presentation will cover the issues involved in drafting family business agreements that will stand the test of time and how these issues might be resolved through litigation or mediation.

The panelists will discuss succession planning, operating agreements, and how to avoid conflicts among family members in family business settings.
