McDonald Hopkins' Spencer Pollock will be speaking as part of a panel during this in-person event at the 2023 Texpo Treasury and Financial Conference in Dallas, Texas.

Spencer will be presenting on Tuesday, April 18 during session 5 of the conference from 9:45-10:45am. His session is titled, "Legal, Insurance, IT, Strategic Consequences Related to Cyberattacks – and Treasury’s Obstacles to Risk Mitigation."

Last week, the United States Supreme Court heard a case concerning publicly traded organizations' duties to report data breaches to investors. The Court's forthcoming ruling may expand publicly traded companies' obligations to report data security incidents to their investors.
