The impact on your ability to spend this Holiday Season is being limited as a result of the Target data breach if you are a JP Morgan Chase debit card holder.  JP Morgan Chase is limiting its debit card holders to a maximum of $100 in cash withdrawals, $300 in purchases per day, and travelers will not be able to use their Chase debit cards to access cash at an ATM overseas, if customers used their Chase debit cards at Target during its security breach.   Chase has indicated that it will be replacing these cards over the next few weeks.  However, in the interim, its impacted debit card  holders will be inconvenienced at a time when spending is at its peak.
