The White House announced on April 1, 2014 that over 7 million Americans enrolled in the Federal Healthcare Exchange during the initial 6-month sign up period. That is an awful lot of Americans; those numbers are hard to ignore. It is early to speculate, but it begs the question, if the GOP takes control of Congress and the Presidency in 2016, will they really repeal the Affordable Care Act as promised? If so, where will that leave the millions of Americans enrolled in Obamacare plans?
