McDonald Hopkins represented online compliance training leader Workplace Answers in its sale to EVERFI, Inc., the nation’s leading education technology innovator. Announced on April 20, 2017, EVERFI’s acquisition of Workplace Answers also includes their Campus Answers brand, which provides faculty and staff training around critical campus issues like sexual harassment prevention training. Mike Meaney and Ilirjan Pipa led the McDonald Hopkins mergers and acquisitions team on this engagement.
