Gulfstream Polo Club sells 100 acres to Pulte Homes

John Metzger, the managing member of our West Palm Beach office, and Alexa Guevara, a Senior Real Estate attorney in our West Palm Beach office, represented Gulfstream Polo, LLC in the sale of approximately 100 acres of real property in Lake Worth, Florida to Pulte Home Corporation for the sum of $30M. Although Pulte simultaneously purchased several adjoining parcels, the acquisition of the Gulfstream Polo land was the largest component. The transaction closed on Monday, May 2, 2016. The Gulfstream Polo Club had been operating for almost 90 years prior to the sale.
