McDonald Hopkins welcomes Madaleine Gray to national Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Team
DETROIT — Madaleine Gray has joined McDonald Hopkins LLC as an associate in the Litigation Department, adding her experience to the firm’s national Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Group.
Gray is an Associate in the Litigation Department at McDonald Hopkins and part of the firm’s national Data Privacy and Cybersecurity team. She has experience advising companies in a wide variety of industries by addressing data privacy and cybersecurity issues and ensuring companies remain in compliance with international, federal and state data privacy laws, including the CCPA, HIPAA, and GDPR. Her work for clients includes facilitating digital forensics, data mining, and identity theft services via various vendors; drafting internal and external communications; law enforcement reporting; and breach notification to regulatory entities and other third-parties.
Originally from Sydney, Australia, Gray earned her J.D. from Belmont University School of Law. She earned a Bachelor of Science in communications from Tennessee State University.
