McDonald Hopkins welcomes Jonathan E. Steinberg to Business Department in Chicago

CHICAGO  — Jonathan E. Steinberg has joined McDonald Hopkins LLC as an associate in the Business Department of the firm’s Chicago office.  

Steinberg’s practice is focused on representing private equity funds and private companies in various types of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and lending matters. His experience also includes providing business and regulatory counseling to healthcare companies, including ambulatory surgical centers, physician practices, and hospitals

Steinberg earned his JD, graduating cum laude, from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, where he was on the Dean’s List and served as the staff editor of the Washington University Jurisprudence Review. He earned a BA in philosophy from Colby College in 2008.
