McDonald Hopkins welcomes Julia Ross to Litigation Department in Cleveland
CLEVELAND – Julia Ross has joined McDonald Hopkins LLC, a business advisory and advocacy law firm, where she is an associate in the Litigation Department’s Labor and Employment Practice Group.
Ross comes to McDonald Hopkins with a broad background representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. Her experience includes negotiating collective bargaining agreements, defending employers in grievance arbitrations and counseling employers on their rights under the National Labor Relations Act and the Ohio Public Employees’ Collective Bargaining Act.
Ross also advises and defends employers in a number of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, non-compete agreements and wage and hour disputes.
At McDonald Hopkins, Ross joins a national team of labor and employment attorneys who counsel management in all aspects of employment and labor law matters—from practice before state and federal agencies to state and federal trial work, and from advice and counsel regarding individual employee issues to assistance in significant strategic decisions.
Ross earned her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She earned accolades as a Noah Webster Law Scholar and earned a Eudese and Elmer Paull Prize. Ross completed a B.A. in linguistics from the University of Rochester.
