Mineral title attorney William Beckley joins the Cleveland office of McDonald Hopkins

CLEVELAND (November 9, 2016) –William Beckley has joined the Energy Practice Group as an associate at McDonald Hopkins LLC, a business advisory and advocacy law firm.
Beckley will focus on the complex area of mineral title law.
He has experience rendering original and supplemental drilling title opinions in Ohio and West Virginia. Beckley is a former assistant prosecuting attorney for the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. He has also served as a staff attorney and managing attorney for the Ohio Twelfth District Court of Appeals, and as a title attorney for a law firm specializing in energy law. Prior to joining the Court of Appeals, Will worked at an international law firm where he provided litigation support in many aspects of the discovery process.
Beckley earned a JD., magna cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law in 2010. He received a B.S. in Management from the Pennsylvania State University in 2004.
