PGA Plaza in Palm Beach Gardens, FL sells for $88 million

WEST PALM BEACH (MAY 18, 2018) - An affiliate of Menin Development sold PGA Plaza in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida to InvenTrust Properties Corp. for the sum of $88 million. The 120,000 square foot shopping center is located at the corner of PGA Boulevard and Prosperity Farms. Anchor tenants include Trader Joe’s, Marshalls and Ulta.  The property includes other national tenants, such as Verizon, Orangetheory, and Chase. The transaction closed on Wednesday, May 16, 2018.

John Metzger, the managing member of McDonald Hopkins’ West Palm Beach office, and Jessica Lifshitz, a member in the law firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, represented the seller and acted as closing and title agent for the transaction.
