David chairs McDonald Hopkins’ Strategic Advisory and Restructuring Department, serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. He represents public and private companies, financial investors, lenders, and more in a variety of distress and non-distress engagements across industries.
Marc is the current Managing Member of McDonald Hopkins' Chicago office. He serves on the firm's Board of Directors and co-leads the firm's Private Equity practice group and the firm's Litigation Finance group, both of which he founded. He has two decades of experience representing clients located throughout the country, including public and private companies, private equity and investment firms, in a variety of distress and non-distress engagements.
Benjamin has served as the Chair of the Executive Compensation and Governance Group since 2016. He oversees a team of ten attorneys, five of whom have joined in the past two years. Under Benjamin’s leadership, the practice group has increased its revenue from approximately $1.5M to $7M+. He has positioned the firm at the forefront of a rapidly expanding niche field, simultaneously earning himself and McDonald Hopkins national recognition and attracting skilled legal talent.
