Energy Litigation Attorney, Alex Tominc, joins McDonald Hopkins
McDonald Hopkins, a leading business advisory and advocacy law firm, is pleased to announce that Alex Tominc has joined the firm as an Associate in the Litigation Department and Energy Litigation team. Tominc’s practice focuses on advising a diverse portfolio of clients, including publicly traded corporations and closely held energy businesses. His experience spans a variety of litigation matters, with an emphasis on representation in state courts, as well as dealings with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio and other pivotal state government agencies.

Tominc earned his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and was received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Appellate Practice & Procedure. He earned his B.A. from The Ohio State University.
