Experienced real estate and finance attorney James Inendino joins McDonald Hopkins
CHICAGO — Experienced real estate and finance attorney James Inendino has joined McDonald Hopkins LLC as a Member in the Business Department in Chicago.
Inendino adds over 30 years of experience to the firm’s national finance and real estate teams. His practice focuses on providing insight and guidance to clients on corporate finance, real estate finance, workouts, restructurings, and commercial real estate transactions.

Inendino represents national, regional, and local financial institutions and borrowers in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including CMBS, real estate, asset based and credit based loans. His experience also includes representing a wide variety of commercial, hospitality, industrial, retail, office, multi-family residential development, and shopping center clients on lending matters, financing and leasing transactions. Additionally, he counsels commercial lenders and financial institutions in connection with commercial real estate related workouts and restructuring transactions. Inendino also has extensive experience representing industrial property, retail, commercial property, and residential property developers in all phases of development.
Inendino earned his J.D., with honors, from DePaul University College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Carthage College.
