Experienced real estate attorney joins McDonald Hopkins’ West Palm Beach office
McDonald Hopkins is pleased to announce the addition of Jaime Coco as Counsel to its esteemed Business Department and Real Estate Practice Group. Jaime brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience and will practice in the firm’s West Palm Beach office.

Jaime’s practice focuses on real estate transactions and litigation, with an emphasis on complex residential and commercial transactions, including hotels, condominiums, offices, multi-family, industrial, residential, and retail. She represents a wide range of clients and has a recognized expertise working with condominium and hotel developers on all aspects of construction and operations. Jaime also has experience handling real estate litigation matters of all types.
In addition to her real estate practice, Jaime provides corporate counsel for clients, advising them on business strategy and handling the selection of entity structure as well as entity formation, expansions, mergers, acquisition, compliance, and disposition.
Jaime prioritizes understanding her client’s needs and concerns to develop creative and effective strategies for them, becoming familiar with the nuances of the transactions and collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative solutions for each client’s unique need.

Prior to joining McDonald Hopkins, Jaime managed her own real estate transaction and litigation firm for 15 years. She earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and her Bachelor of Science from Florida State University.
