McDonald Hopkins welcomes attorney Bryan Evans to its Litigation Department
McDonald Hopkins is proud to announce the addition of attorney Bryan Evans as Counsel in the Litigation Department. Bryan focuses on complex commercial litigation in both federal and state courts. He represents a wide range of clients through every stage of litigation, from filing of claims through trial and post-trial appeals.
Bryan is known for crafting creative legal solutions and is committed to providing every client with thoughtful, tailored representation.

He has represented clients across a wide-range of industries, including publicly traded corporations, private companies, individuals, and government entities. He brings experience handling commercial disputes in the manufacturing, automation, construction, transportation, and healthcare sectors. Bryan has successfully prosecuted and defended claims for both Fortune 500 companies and closely held businesses. He has experience serving as both first and second chair at trial.
In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Bryan regularly advises families, trustees, and estate administrators in probate litigation across Ohio, guiding clients through the unique procedural and legal challenges in trust and estate disputes.
Before joining McDonald Hopkins, he served as a federal judicial law clerk to the Honorable J. Philip Calabrese of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, this role provided him with unique insight into the federal court system and a strong foundation for strategic litigation advocacy.
Bryan also serves as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps, where he acts as trial defense counsel for soldiers facing criminal and administrative proceedings.
