McDonald Hopkins Welcomes Laura Nguyen to the Litigation Department

McDonald Hopkins LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Laura Nguyen as an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. Laura’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, representing clients in a broad spectrum of disputes, including real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, construction projects, land use, and corporate conflicts. Laura’s addition to the firm reiterates the notion of McDonald Hopkins being a destination for top legal talent.

Laura brings experience in managing all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation strategy and discovery to courtroom advocacy and settlement negotiations. Her track record of successfully representing both individuals and corporations is a testament to her ability to provide strategic counsel and deliver effective legal solutions tailored to her clients' unique needs.

“I gravitated towards commercial litigation and real estate law because it allows me to work on a wide variety of issues and develop creative solutions to clients’ unique and complex disputes,” Laura noted.

Laura earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies with a Minor in Business from the University of Central Florida.
