Marcus is passionate about helping his clients succeed and takes pride in being part of some of the most pivotal moments in their business’s or organization’s growth.

Marcus represents clients across a wide range of industries in complex corporate and transactional matters, guiding them through every stage of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and other commercial transactions.
Additionally, he regularly advises clients on general corporate matters, including corporate governance, entity formation, and various contractual matters, offering innovative solutions to help achieve their business objectives. Marcus has extensive experience in drafting and reviewing a variety of corporate documents and agreements, including principal and ancillary transactional documents, commercial contracts, confidentiality agreements, operating agreements, and other business entity documents.

Marcus holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Kent State University. He works out of McDonald Hopkins’ Cleveland office.
