Nominations are now open for the 10th annual Cyber Risk Awards hosted by Zywave (Advisen).

Please consider nominating McDonald Hopkins in the following categories:

For more than a decade, McDonald Hopkins' national Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice - a team of 32 attorneys led by co-chairs James J. Giszczak and Dominic A. Paluzzi - has counseled clients in responding to over 12,000 data breaches and privacy incidents throughout the world and in nearly every industry. The team has also provided cyber savvy pre-breach services to hundreds of organizations and counseled on thousands of regulatory investigations.

Last week, the United States Supreme Court heard a case concerning publicly traded organizations' duties to report data breaches to investors. The Court's forthcoming ruling may expand publicly traded companies' obligations to report data security incidents to their investors.
