Overview

Alex Tominc is an Associate in the Litigation Department at McDonald Hopkins and part of the firm's Energy Litigation team. His practice is focused on advising clients including publicly traded corporations and closely held energy businesses on a variety of energy litigation matters, including the representation of clients in state court and in matters involving the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio and other state government agencies. With a background in general corporate and commercial litigation, Alex applies a unique analytic problem-solving skillset to every case in an effort to bring the matter to a prompt and just resolution for his clients.

Alex earned his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and was received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Appellate Practice & Procedure. He earned his B.A. from The Ohio State University.
