Overview

Anna Kvinge is an Associate in the Litigation Department and part of the firm’s national Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Group. Her practice focuses on representing clients in responding to data security incidents, including advising clients in their response efforts, coordinating digital forensics and remediation, advising on data breach notification statutes, facilitating the fulfillment of consumer and regulatory notification obligations, and responding to government, regulatory, and media inquiries. Anna also advises clients on compliance with foreign, federal, and state privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Anna earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. While earning her J.D., Anna worked as a research assistant editing, researching, and proofing a book on data privacy taught in law schools across the country in addition to serving as the director for the University of Minnesota Law School’s Bankruptcy Law Clinic.  She earned a Master of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota.

Anna also speaks five languages – Norwegian, Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish, and English.
