Overview
Christina is Counsel in McDonald Hopkins’ Intellectual Property Department. Her practice touches all aspects of intellectual property law, with a primary focus on the preparation and prosecution of trademark applications both nationally and internationally. She also assists in general trademark counseling, portfolio management, and trademark-related contract matters, including licensing agreements and co-existence agreements.
Christina is a motivated and engaging counselor who is dedicated to getting the best possible outcome for her clients, no matter how big or small the matter may be. She has extensive experience advising clients on clearance searches, application strategies and responses to office actions from the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She has managed trademark portfolios for clients across a variety of industries. She also has experience in software patent preparation and prosecution.
Christina received her Juris Doctor from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a B.S. from the Ohio State University.
