Overview
Nolan is an Associate in McDonald Hopkins’ Business Department. He has developed a diverse legal foundation by contributing to a wide range of business-related matters across several practice areas including mergers and acquisitions, real estate, contract negotiations, private equity and more. Nolan approaches legal work in a thorough and organized manner, making sure he understands the nuances and specific goals of each client.
Prior to joining McDonald Hopkins, Nolan gained valuable experience as a legal extern for Supreme Court of Ohio Justice Michael P. Donnelly. There, he conducted extensive legal research, reviewed and analyzed cases and briefs, and drafted opinions on a variety of complex legal matters. Nolan also was a judicial extern for the Summit County Court of Common Please, and a summer associate at McDonald Hopkins, where he ultimately chose to build his practice.
In addition to his legal experience, Nolan held previous roles in sales, business management and project coordination where he honed his exceptional communication, organization and leadership skills.
Nolan received his Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law. During his time in law school, he was the Vice President of the American Constitution Society, and the Treasurer for the Moot Court Honor Society and Business Law Society.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Kent State University.
