Rebekah (Paul) Santell

Overview

Rebekah is an Associate in the Business Department at McDonald Hopkins and part of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group. Her practice includes advising private equity funds and private companies in various types of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and lending matters.

Rebekah has additional experience providing guidance on corporate law matters such as entity formation, corporate governance, and contractual arrangements to a wide variety of clients.

Rebekah earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in business administration from Bowling Green State University.
