Overview

Our public finance attorneys have significant experience which spans all types of financing structures including general obligations, special obligations, revenue obligations, conduit transactions, economic development incentive transactions, leasing transactions, fixed and variable rate structures, cooperative financing and pooled financings and taxable and tax-exempt financings. Our clients have the benefit of extensive experience in all areas of public finance law including state uniform bond law and related statutes, state and federal securities law and state and federal tax law. 

Our public finance team is comprised of a number of attorneys who have served or currently serve in public capacities including the state legislature, school boards and law directors. Some of our attorneys also have degrees and experience in business administration and finance.
