Unfortunately, clients are not immune from the effects of human greed. The firm is often retained to stop those individuals involved in fraud and defalcation. With the assistance of forensic accounting and technology, we seek to understand more about the actions of the client's adversary than the adversary may know about itself. The goal of any representation is to preserve the funds or assets that remain and, perhaps more importantly, recover those funds or assets that may have been diverted.
