Experience
Craig Distel has experience in commercial litigation and construction law, including representing developers, contractors and subcontractors in construction defect, contract and lien claims, along with extensive experience deposing plaintiffs, defendants and consultants. He also has experience analyzing coverage issues associated with third-party and multi-party defect claims.

Craig earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2013. While in law school, Craig participated in the Certified Legal Intern program with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s County Misdemeanor crimes division. He also worked with the University of Miami Investor Rights Clients, where he oversaw and handled Financial Industry Regulatory Agency arbitration cases. Craig received a B.A., cum laude, in International Affairs from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University in 2010.
