Joelle Dvir is an associate in the Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on commercial, business, real estate, and title insurance matters. Joelle is experienced in all phases of litigation, including pretrial, mediation, trial and post-judgment proceedings. She has also drafted numerous appeals. Joelle has experience in the transactional realm with drafting corporate documents and assisting with all aspects of real estate closings, including preparing title examinations. Before joining McDonald Hopkins in 2017, Joelle was an associate at Cohen | Ruiz. 

Joelle earned a J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2013, where she served as executive editor of the Alabama Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review. She received a B.A., cum laude, in Political Science and Jewish Studies (double major) from the University of Florida in 2009. She is conversational in Hebrew.
