Tamara is counsel in the firm’s Intellectual Property Department. She has considerable experience in trademarks and related matters, such as licensing, domain names, and unfair competition. She has assisted clients in all trademark proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, including trademark clearance, prosecution, maintenance, as well as oppositions and cancellations. In addition, Tamara has implemented and managed all aspects of international trademark prosecution, including developing and maintaining trademark portfolios for multinational corporations and midsize companies. She has substantial experience working with foreign counsel to manage trademark matters for U.S. clients and substantial experience with Madrid Protocol.
Tamara earned a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2006. She received a B.A. from DePaul University in 2001.
