Practice Focus


Ukeme handles all aspects of patent and trademark preparation and prosecution for clients. She has experience advising clients and foreign counsel in acquiring and protecting all phases of their intellectual property portfolio. Ukeme is skilled in rendering infringement, patentability, and validity opinions, trademark prosecution and oppositions, patent portfolio analysis, and has experience drafting various business agreements and documents including confidentiality agreements, nondisclosure agreements and licensing agreements.

Ukeme earned a J.D. in 2013 from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She received an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell in 2009 and a B.S. in mechanical  engineering from the University of Maine in 2004.
