Overview
Jeff is an attorney in McDonald Hopkins' Tax and Benefits Practice Group and chairs the firm's Retirement Plan Trustees. He focuses his practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, estate and trust litigation, succession planning for middle-market and closely held businesses, and individual and fiduciary income taxation in both Ohio and Florida spending significant time in both our Ohio and Florida offices. He represents both individuals and corporate fiduciaries and believes he is particularly adept at dealing with those difficult family situations where family business interests are involved or where a client's beneficiaries might not get along. Jeff has been licensed to practice in Ohio and Florida for more than 30 years.
Jeff earned a J.D. from University of Louisville School of Law in 1978. He received a B.A. from Western Kentucky University in 1975.
